End-User License Agreement (EULA)

FemmeMirror grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to install and use the app on personal devices you own or control.

The license is strictly for personal wellness insights. Any commercial resale, sublicensing, or public offering of the software is prohibited without written consent.

All intellectual property rights in the FemmeMirror app and AI models remain the exclusive property of FemmeMirror and its licensors.

You shall not modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code except where laws in your country explicitly allow it.

We may release updates, bug fixes, or new features automatically. Installing updates ensures compatibility with the latest devices and security requirements.

Certain features may require internet access and could be unavailable when offline or if our services experience downtime.

Your license terminates automatically if you breach this EULA. Upon termination you must stop using the app and delete all copies from your devices.

We may disable access if we detect fraud, security threats, or misuse of proprietary assets.

This EULA is governed by the laws of Washington State, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in King County courts.
