By creating an account or using FemmeMirror, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced here. If you do not accept them, do not access the platform.

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or security improvements. We will notify you by email or in-app notices when changes are material.

You must be at least 16 years old, provide accurate information, and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use so we can investigate and secure access.

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use FemmeMirror solely for individual wellness and transformation tracking.

You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse proprietary AI models, trademarks, or confidential data made available through the platform.

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can update or cancel from the billing dashboard at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend or downgrade your plan when payments fail or billing data is inaccurate.

FemmeMirror is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months unless prohibited by applicable law.
